Is sex on the beach legal? It depends on quite a few things actually. Like, which country the beach is in, whether it is a public beach or a private beach or whether the local laws allow it or not... reasons can be long.

Sex in public places is an indecent act. Showing genitals in public is an offence across the world. Muslim countries are harsh on law breakers, European countries are a little lax on such crimes.
